The Fayetteville Terry Sanford Bulldogs came out Monday morning ready for a fight, and walked away with a 63-35 win against the High Point TW Andrews Red Raiders. The Bulldogs took control early, going into the second quarter with a 14-7 lead, and only gained momentum from there. The Raiders were outscored 19 to 7 in the second quarter, allowing Terry Sanford to walk into the half with a 19 point lead. The third quarter was more of the same from both teams, and the Bulldogs sealed their win through the final quarter of the game.

Terry Sanford’s Fayetteville State University commit Ameya Brown and junior Amya Harrington tag-teamed the game with 13 points each towards the Bulldogs win.

The Red Raiders fight was led by senior Sam King who had 7 points in the game.

The Bulldogs will continue their tournament Tuesday, where they will play the winner of the South Garner-Cannon game for the fifth place position in the Wonderland Bracket. TW Andrews will play against the loser of the same game for seventh place at 10:30am.
