S3 Academy (VA) Routs Ravenscroft in First Appearance at Holiday Invitational

The Petersburg (VA) S3 Academy Panthers know there’s only one chance to make a first impression and did they ever make a good one. They took over in the first quarter of their first game in the Holiday Invitational putting up a whopping 26 points on their way to a 93-25 trouncing of the Raleigh Ravenscroft Ravens. 

S3 Academy had no trouble spreading the scoring with 4 players ending their day with double digit points and had another 3 within a basket of the double digit mark. The leading scorer for the Panthers was senior Jadah White, who finished tied with a game high 16 points while tacking on 4 rebounds and 4 assists. 

Ravenscroft was led by senior Ellie Cronin who was the other 16 point scorer in the game.

S3 Academy will play again at 4:30 on Saturday December 28th against Oak City Prep. Ravenscroft plays again at 12pm on Saturday December 28th against Westover.
