Ivanna Manyacka leads Bullis to victory in battle of the Bulldogs

The Potomac MD Bullis Bulldogs used an explosive second half to take down the Fayetteville Terry Sanford Bulldogs 69-43 in the first round of the Wonderland Bracket. Bullis came out ready to put on a show with a 22 point first quarter, holding Terry Sanford to 11. Terry Sanford wasn’t going down without a fight though, and were able to close the gap to four going into the half.

Bullis really proved why they are the third ranked team in the country coming out of the second half on another offensive eruption to retake control of the game and jump out to a fourteen point lead heading to the final frame. They continued their momentum through the fourth on the way to the win. 

Ivanna Manyacka, the number 2 ranked player in the country, put up 25 points to led Bullis in scoring.

Bullis will advance to the semifinals where they will face Mallard Creek on Monday at 1:30pm. Terry Sanford will be back in action on Monday at 10:30am in a clash with TW Andrews.
