Bullis Takes Down Mallard Creek For First Holiday Invitational Title

The Potomac (MD) Bullis Bulldogs knocked off the Charlotte Mallard Creek Mavericks in their 77-58 win during the Saturday night Frances Pulley Bracket Championship game. The Bulldogs took a big lead to the locker room and held the Mavericks through the second half en route to their first championship.

The Bulldogs were guided by senior Meghan Yarnevich, who led all scorers with 26 points while tacking on 7 rebounds. Sophomore Ivanna Wilson-Manyacka scored 17 of her own in addition to her 9 rebounds and 3 assists.

Mallard Creek senior Elle Stone led the Mavericks with 17 points, along with 4 rebounds.
